摘    要:人才资源是当今时代发展的原动力,企业间的竞争已经演化成人才间的竞争。这要求人力资源工作围绕鉴别人才、网罗人才、激励人才、留住人才等核心内容,与时俱进,走创新型的路子。人力资源工作要在制度化、规范化的基础上,融入人性化的管理色彩,进行理念创新、制度创新、组织创新、方法创新和角色创新。探讨和认识企业人力资源管理这一企业管理的课题,有助于把握人力资源面临的形势、要求,认清问题,提出解决方案,促进企业和谐、稳定和持续发展。

Abstract:Human resources is the motive force for today’s development and the competition among enterprises has been converted into that of talent,which in turn requires that the management of human resources should lay emphasis on scouting, hunting,inspiring and retaining talent and advance with the times through innovation.Human resources should be human -based management and innovate in theory,system,organization,method and role as well as on the basis of systems and regulations.Such discussion is a new project in enterprise management,which contributes to the understanding of the situation and requirements of the matter and the formulation of solutions to it and the harmonious,stable and sustainable development of enterprises.
