| 摘 要： | 区域创新体系运行的过程,就是高等院校与科研机构、企业、信息中介服务机构、地方政府等四大创新主体在社会需要或市场需求的拉动下协同创新的过程.高等院校与科研机构为知识创新的主体.是知识创新的源头;地方政府为制度政策创新的主体,是区域创新的保障;信息中介机构为服务创新的主体,是区域创新的纽带;企业为技术创新的主体,是区域创新的归宿:社会需要或市场需求是区域创新的心脏,为区域创新提供源源不绝的动力.
