1例碘帕醇外渗老年患者的护理体会

探讨老年患者在CT增强扫描中发生对比剂渗漏时的护理方法。做CT增强扫描前，先要做好老年患者的知情教育与心理疏导工作以及技术性准备工作；注射药液过程中，严密观察药物是否渗漏和患者的反应；发现出现药液渗漏时，立即停止注射药液、回抽渗漏的皮下液体，采取硫酸镁（50％）敷料冷热敷、超短波理疗等有效方法进行治疗。因采取的护理措施及时、得当，未引发不良后果，患者很快得到康复。对于出现对比剂渗漏的患者，护理人员要注意与其交流沟通，同时采取有效的治疗措施。产生对比剂渗漏的原因有多种，防止其发生的最好办法是“积极预防”。

Nursing Experience in One Case of the Elderly with Iopamidol Exosmosis

This paper investigates the methods how to care the elderly patients with radiocontrast agent leakage in the CT scan. Firstly The health education and psychological counseling for elderly patients should be done before CT scan and enough technical preparations should be made. Secondly, patients should be observed carefully whether there is the drug leakage and what about the patient＇s response during liquid injection process. Thirdly, injection of liquid must stop as soon as liquid leakage occurs, pumpback the subcutaneous fluid, and cold compress and hot compress with 50% magnesium sulfate, ultra - short wave therapy and oth- er effective methods of treatment should be given. As the result of the proper measures, adverse consequences do not occur and the patients have been quickly recovered. For patients with radiocontrast agent leakage, nurses should communicate with them and at the same time, effective measures should be taken. There are many reasons for the leakage, the best way to prevent its occurrence is ＂positive prevention. ＂
