| 摘 要： | 技术创新具有丰富的经济学内涵，对经济发展存在着重要的促进功能。技术创新模型的设计和验证可以为中国企业进一步扩展技术创新的经济效应提供理论支持。技术创新模型可分为产品创新、市场创新、管理创新和生产创新四个要素。因子分析可以为理论模型提供检验，从而提高了理论模型的应用价值。

| Abstract: | The technique innovation has plentiful contents of economics, and has promoted the economic advancement. The design of technique innovation model may provide valid theory support for Chinese enterprises to strengthen the economic influence of technique innovation. The technique innovation model includes four constituents ： production innovation, marketing innovation, management innovation and production innovation. Factor analysis may provide valid certification for theory model to raise its application value. |
