| 摘 要： | 随着《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》的不断推广和应用,传统的定额计价模式将逐步淘汰。通过对建筑施工企业投标报价阶段、合同签订阶段和竣工结算等主要阶段在应用该规范中应注意的问题进行了论述,从而实现建设工程工程量清单计价活动的客观、公正、公平。

| Abstract: | With the popularization of ＂specification of the engineering quantity list valuation of architectural engineering＂,traditional quota valuation mode is eliminated gradually. This paper expounded the problems to which should be paid attention in the application of the specification at the various phases of bidding, contract signing and completion settlement of construction enterprises in order to realize objective, fairness and justice of the engineering quantity list valuation. |
