| 摘 要： | 本轮经济调整具有二重性,决定这二重性的两方面原因及其政策取向存在相互矛盾和对立的一面,并对当前经济调整产生影响。下一阶段的调整要求对经济激励政策作出"微调",货币政策运用应在支持经济发展和防范金融风险之间寻求平衡。

| Abstract: | There exists certain contradiction between the two main problems that the present economic adjustment aims to solve and also between the polices adopted respectively in light of the two problems,which has certain impact on the present adjustment.In the next step we need to make slight adjustment on economic stimulation policy.We should try to find a balance between the economic development and financial risk prevention in the application of monetary policy. |
