| 摘 要： | 法治是人们充满理性的呼唤 ,本文从对法治概念的探讨入手 ,提出了法治推行面临的障碍。我国传统落后的理念不仅造成她和传统法律观念的冲突 ,形成了法治的主要障碍 ,同时 ,它也是公民整体素质低下和整个社会面对法治时浮躁的主要诱因 ,而这两个方面洽又构成了我国推进法治的又一障碍。

| Abstract: | The rule of law is a calling of people with reasonableness.This text begins with the discussion of the concept of rule of law and brings up the obstacle to promote rule of law.The main obstacle is the background of our country tradition not only results in conflict with traditional law view but also induces the background of citizen whole character and flippancy of the whole society towards the role of law simultaneously.but these two aspects constitute another obstacle to propel the rule of law. |
