| 摘 要： | 6S管理可以改善现场环境,提升职业素养,培养协作能力,深化校企合作。本文主要从上述方面论述了在高职经管类实训室中实施6S管理的必要性,以及在推行过程中存在的问题,并针对问题展开讨论,找出了一些问题的解决对策。
