建筑业中的价值管理

建筑业目前正面临着各种可持续发展的要求,迫切需要采用科学的管理方法提高质量、控制成本。然而,建筑业中的几乎全部的管理概念都是源于制造业,于是,我们很多业内管理者在没有结合建筑业的实际的情况下,感觉这些方法并不具备很强的其实用性。本文紧密结合建筑业的实际,指出了目前价值管理不能在建筑业推广的主要障碍;然而,结合国外成功经验,从价值管理这一方法的思想内涵与功能分析的层次性出发,提出了相应的解决方法。

Value Management in Construction Industry

The construction industry now face substantial demands. So, a host of new management techniques are needed to improve the quality and to reduce the cost. But, most of the management concepts were developed in the manufacturing industry. Many managers in the industry find these concepts confusing and are skeptical about their usefulness. In this article, based the reality of the construction industry, we point out the major difficulties for the using of value management, and then, considering the nature of the technique and the level of function, some solutions were given.
