| 摘 要： | 随着金融市场的开放，各类金融衍生品的交易将逐渐推出。作为一种投资工具，外汇按金交易的开展只是时间上的问题。本文论述了按金交易的基本特点和风险防范，介绍了香港的监管经验，澄清了把按金交易和期货交易相混同的模糊认识。

| Abstract: | Financial derivatives services will be gradually offered along with the opening of the financial market. As a tool of investment, foreign exchange cash deposit transaction will be conducted some day. The paper expounds the basic characteristics of foreign exchange cash deposit transaction and the risk-preventing measures. It introduces the supervising practice of Hongkong and clears up the confusion between foreign exchange cash deposit transaction and outright forward. |
