滨海新区土地整理工作研究

土地整理作为一项涉及资源环境、社会经济、政策制度的系统工程,是我国社会经济发展过程中解决土地利用问题的必然选择。全国"十一五"规划中,把滨海新区纳入国家总体发展战略布局,土地整理工作充分落实科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会和保证社会经济的可持续发展的重要项目。本文笔者对滨海新区土地整理工作实际情况进行了理论和实践的研究,针对滨海新区土地整理的实际情况,提出了自己的见解,希望能够对规范和指导滨海新区土地整理工作具有参考帮助。
