| 摘 要： | 并购作为资本扩张的有效方式 ,越来越受到中外企业家的重视。西方大规模的企业并购浪潮已出现了五次 ,且规模越来越大 ;我国国有企业并购重组起步慢、问题多。我国国有企业应借鉴西方企业五次并购浪潮的一些有益的经验 ,推动我国国企并购重组工作健康发展。
