| 摘 要： | 建筑施工企业所面临的市场竞争越来越激烈和严峻，如何在这样的市场环境中拥有持续的核心竞争能力，成为建筑施工企业应该关注的重要问题，而以顾客导向为特性的流程，成为施工企业获取持续的竞争优势的一个关键突破口。本文根据业务流程重组的步骤，重组了某建筑施工企业业务流程，并对比了其重组前后优缺点，对在建筑施工企业实施BPR后的效果做了展望。

| Abstract: | The market competition the construction enterprises are facing becomes intenser,and sterner. How to keep the core competitive ability in such market environment becomes an important question, which the construction enterprise should pay attention to. The process characterized by the customer guiding is an essential breach by which the enterprises can gain continuing advantage in the competition. According to the step of BPR, it reengineers the business process of the construction enterprise in this article. By comparing the process before and after the BPR, it makes an optimistic forecast to implementing BPR in the construction enterprise in this article. |
