| 摘 要： | 可持续发展思想中的公平秩序有三个构成要素:代内公平、代际公平、物种公平。底线公平是物种公平,而非自然公平。这是应该加以区别的。代际公平应包含文化资源内容。代内公平的实现至少需要国家内部的和国家之间的两个层次的社会体制来保证和强化。可持续发展思想中的公平秩序在理论逻辑上和在实践中并不一致。

| Abstract: | Justice order in the ideology of sustainable development consists of justice in internal generation, justice in intergeneration and species justice. The baseline of the justice order is species justice. Nature justice should be distinguished from species justice. Justice in intergeneration should contain culture resource. The reality of justice in internal generation at least needs the guarantee and consolidation of state systems and international society systems. Justice order in sustainable development ideology in theory is not consistent with that in practice. |
