| 摘 要： | 本文对我国证券投资基金总体发展状况进行了介绍,认为证券投资基金的发展有利于我国证券市场所有者结构的优化;同时,也对制约我国证券投资基金健康发展的一些重要问题进行了分析,着重指出基金的治理结构问题是影响我国证券投资基金发展的最主要问题。在此基础上,对促进我国证券投资基金发展提出了政策建议。

| Abstract: | The article introduced the total development status quo of China's security investment fund and believed that development of security investment fund benefited optimization of China's security market owners structure.At the same time,the article analyzed some important problems effecting healthy development of China's security investment fund and pointed out that the governance structure problem of fund is the most important issue influencing China's security investment fund development.Based on that,the article put forward some policy suggestions improving China's security investment fund development. |
