| Abstract: | The key point in improving the Communist Party's art of leadership is that all party members should read and study conscientiously and get a good grasp of Marxism. The prerequisite is that cadres of our party should go deep into the realities of life and make investigations. The basic requirements are leaders at all levels should become experts in economics. To assure this, all members of our party should fight against corruption and deteriora-tion. |
