摘    要:当企业普遍推崇以成本领先战略为基础的"低成本—低价格"模式时,整个产业往往会形成一个低价主导的竞争环境,只能容忍模仿创新的存在,而在一定意义上可能排斥自主创新。在以标歧立异战略为基础的"差异化—非价格"模式主导下,自主创新开始成功地扎根于企业的经营活动中,成为其取得持续成功的首要工作和最终保证。

Abstract:When the enterprises is involved in the 'low cost-low price'mode at the base of Cost Leadership strategy,the whole industry will be in the competition environment of lowprice leading .They only accept the living space ofimitation-innovation and are likely to exclude the self-innovation.However,lead under the 'Differentiation-Non price'mode at the base of Differentiation strategy,the self-in- novation would be start to take root in the enterprises management activities successfully ,and become the primary works and final guar- antee for mading good winning continuance.
