| 摘 要： | 我国国有资产管理体制的改革可以给现在的国有资产管理体制探索一些借鉴。对国有资产管理体制的探索应该至少包括所有制形式和管理模式两个方面,在构建新的国有资产管理体制模式方面主要有二种代表性的模式。
