| 摘 要： | 文章旨在通过对国内外知识产权质押融资现状的研究，结合中国东部经济发展现状，对中国东部适宜的知识产权质押融资模式进行创新性构想，并对“政策性担保公司”模式在东部的推广和发展提出建议，以推动东部知识产权质押融资的进一步深入开展，为科技型企业提供更多的资金支持。

| Abstract: | Based on the present status of eastern China economic development, studying the domestic and international present condition of intellectual property pledge financing, this essay aims to come up with some innovative concepts about the appropriate intellectual property pledge financing mode for eastern China, and put forward suggestions on the promotion and development of intellectual property pledge financing mode in the eastern China, to push the further carrying-out of intellectual property pledge financing and provide more financial support for science and technology enterprises. |
