| 摘 要： | 近年来，农民专业合作社融资问题日益突出，在很大程度上限制了农民专业合作社的发展。文章通过深入调研，实地走访湖南省沅江市农民专业合作社，详细地阐述了合作社在融资中出现的融资成本高、融资途径单一、正规金融和财政支持力度小等问题。文章认为，可以从合作社内部制度建设，效益提高和外部融资环境完善等方面来解决合作社的融资困境。

| Abstract: | In recent years, financing problem of farmers cooperatives have become increasingly prominent, largely limits the development of farmer cooperatives. In this paper, by visit farmer cooperatives in Yuanjiang City Hunan, we discover that the cost of financing is high and the channel of financing is narrow. At the same time, cooperatives are not able to obtain enough financial support from formal financial and government. So, this paper point out that in order to improve the financing conditions, we should build cooperatives＇ internal systems, improve their economic efficiency, and improving external fmancing environment. |
