中国铁路资产证券化资产转让问题研究

文章立足当前中国铁路负债率高、盈利能力偏低的现实，在分析铁路资产证券化特殊性的基础上，对铁路资产证券化的资产转让、资产转让量等相关问题进行了系统研究，并提出现阶段中国铁路资产证券化应采用“从属参与＋特定数额未来收益”的资产转让方式，对推进中国铁路资产证券化早日实施具有现实指导意义。

Research on Issues Related to the Transfer of China＇s Railway Securitized Asset

Facing the reality of high debt ratio and low profitability of China Railway, this paper embarks from the characteristics of railway asset securitization, and conducts the system research to the transfer pattern and amount of underlying assets, furthermore, points out the ＂sub-participation ＋ specific future revenue＂ mode should be used in China Railway asset securitization, which is instructively meaningful for using asset securitization as a new financing way for China Railway at an early date.
