There was a huge biomass source in Henan province, but the household agricultural production limits the utilization of biomass energy. The transfer of land will promote the industrialized of agriculture and bring a good opportunity for rural energy development in Henan province. If the opportunities were seized, an effective solution to the problem of rural energy will be proposed and the cons~uction of new countryside of Henan will be under security in energy field.
