| 摘 要： | 融资租赁已成为当今世界仅次于银行信贷的第二大融资方式。融资租赁不失为我国民营中小企业筹措长期资金的重要融资渠道。有关金融部门应做好相应的工作,以充分发挥融资租赁所特有的融资作用。
