| 摘 要： | 企业生命周期理论是企业成长发展普遍遵循的一般规律，企业发展到一定时期，其发展战略的制定是企业管理的一项必不可少的重要工作。本文以民营企业为研究对象，结合齐齐哈尔市民营企业的实际情况，分析研究民营企业不同生命期各阶段的特点，制定民营企业的发展战略。

| Abstract: | Enterprise Life cycle theory is a general rule in their developing process.With the erterprise rouing up,the formulation of dvevelopment strategy has been very important work for the management of enterprises.The article is foused on private enterprise,combining with their practical situations in Qiqihar city,and analyse natures of different stages in the private enterprise Life cycle,then form their oun development strategy. |
