关于浙江SX水库移民非农安置选择的几点思考

通过对浙江省SX水库两个不同地点的移民村搬迁前后的生产、生活情况进行观察和比较，采用对比方法分析了由于安置地点选择不同所造成生产、生活巨大差异的成因，提出：移民安置点选择应与区域经济发展相结合、加强移民规划的科学性、加强移民安置适应性教育及加强安置区有效资源的开发，以生产安置带动生活安置的建议。

Some thoughts about choice of allocating nonagricultural Zhejiang SX Reservoir immigrants

The issue of how to settle the reservoir immigrants is one of the standards that are used to verify whether it is successful for water resources.Meanwhile,there exists a relationship among the places that are allocated to arrange reservoir immigrants and their living quality.In this paper,two groups of people in Zhejiang Province are first observed and compared concerning their living and working circumstance before and after they are settled.Then the problems and different features about living and working level caused by different resettlement places are stated.Finally,some conclusions are drawn,and much attention should be paid to some considerations.
