浅谈建筑工程项目管理

本文从建筑施工企业的角度，结合我国实际和国际项目管理经验，提出了一套新的项目管理理念，论述了企业、项目、作业三个层次之间的关系，完善项目经理责任制和项目成本核算制，实现“工期、质量、成本”三位一体的管理机制等方面的问题。通过建立以经营理念为支撑的市场开拓机制、以企业内部市场化运行为特点的经营机制和以人为本注重素质的用人机制等三个全新管理机制，最终实现技术进步和科学管理、总承包和投融资功能、智力结构和资本运营的升级。

On the Management of Constructional Engineering Project

On the view of architectural enterprise, combining Chinese situation and experience of the management of international project, this article puts forward a new ideas about the management of project, studying the relationships among the enterprise, project and operation, perfecting manager responsibility system and accounting system of project, achieving trinity of time limit of a project, quality and cost in management mechanism, etc.
