| 摘 要： | 企业组织结构的调整与转变,是我国经济体制改革的一项重要内容。为完成这一任务,过去三十年问实行的重大改革举措包括:发展企业横向经济联合,培育和发展企业集团,推动企业并购重组,促进大中小企业规模结构的合理化。目前,我国企业组织结构调整已经取得显著成绩,适应社会主义市场经济体制新要求的企业组织结构初步形成。
