| 摘 要： | 该文回溯了我国农村义务教育的体制变迁,对当前"义务教育政府办"阶段正在展开的农村义务教育经费保障机制改革实践进行了宏观考察,对其复杂的成效进行客观评估,并在此基础上对农村义务教育改革提出若干对策性建议。

| Abstract: | In the public services provided by the government,education plays an important part.Providing equal educational service is the basic function of public finance.In terms of equalization of public service,this article remounts to the system changes of rural compulsory education,investigates the practice of the protecting investment in rural compulsory education reform,which now is in the stage of government-supported compulsory education,and objectively evaluates the complicated effect of the reform.Furthermore,some measures on the reform of rural compulsory education are presented. |
