| 摘 要： | 根据当前施工企业项目成本管理中存在的相关问题，提出了改善途径：包括培养全员的成本管理意识、提高项目相关人员整体素质、加强全员控制、加强材料管理、建立健全成本管理制度及成本管理体系、建立责权利相结合的成本管理机制。
