摘    要:服务创新是推动家电企业发展的强大动力,对增强家电企业的核心竞争力有重要作用。我国家电企业应加强新服务概念开发、新顾客界面设计、新服务传递系统构建以及新服务技术选择,不断提高企业服务创新的能力。

Abstract:Service innovation is a strong driving force to promote the development of appliance enterprises and plays an important role in enhancing the core competence of appliance enterprises.The appliance enterprises in our country should strengthen the development of new service concepts,the design of new customer interface,the construction of new service delivery system and the choice of new service technology to enhance constantly the ability of service innovation.
