| 摘 要： | 价值观管理是企业生存和发展之道。日本经营之圣稻盛和夫以其辉煌的经营成就提供了证实这一论断的不可多得的案例。稻盛先生具备其他企业家所没有或不及的经营哲学,五十多年来稻盛哲学不仅在创建京瓷和KDD I这两个世界500强企业的经营中发挥了关键作用,目前在拯救日航的过程中也显示着其巨大威力。探索稻盛经营哲学的内涵以及稻盛和夫实施价值观管理的过程和阿米巴经营的运用具有很好的启示作用。

| Abstract: | Managing by values is the way of corporate management for survival and development.Inamori Kazou,the management sage of Japan has proved this assertion by his great business achievements.Mr.Inamori Kazou possesses the unique management philosophy which the other entrepreneurs have not or can not surpass. For over 50 years,the management philosophy of Inamori Kazou not only has played the key role in creating two Fortune 500 enterprises,Kyocera and KDDT,but also displayed the powerful effects in saving the bankrupting JAL.It is of great significance to explore the true meanings of the management philosophy of Inamori Kazou and the implementing process of managing by values for the purpose of getting its revelation. |
