我国低碳城市建设的障碍及对策研究

随着全球气候变暖带来的一系列问题以及城市规模逐步扩张对经济增长和人们生活质量的制约,使人们逐步认识了低碳经济发展模式的重要性。在我国城市建设和发展过程中,由于能源消耗结构不合理、能源利用效率低下、产业结构不合理和节约意识欠缺,制约了我国低碳城市的建设。低碳城市建设是一个系统的工程,要想达到城市的低碳运行和生态循环,必须不断地完善城市能源消耗的相关法规、开发低碳技术、转变城市产业结构以及改变城市消费模式。

Research on the Barriers and Countermeasures of Low Carbon Urban Construction in China

With a series of global warming issues and the constraints of the gradual expansion of city size on economic growth and people＇s quality of life,people gradually realized the importance of developing low carbon economy.In China urban construction and development process,because of the irrational structure of energy consumption,energy use inefficiency,lack of awareness of irrational industrial structure and economy,has hampered China＇s low carbon city development.Low-carbon city development is a systematic project,To reach the city＇s low-carbon and ecological cycle of operation、 the city must continue to improve the relevant laws and regulations of the energy consumption,develop low-carbon technologies,changes the urban industrial structure and the urban consumption patterns.
