| 摘 要： | 中国城市化历程带来经济飞速发展的同时,也导致大量优质农田占用,居民生态环境破坏。德国的经济发展道路不是通过耕地变厂房、农村变城市的方式,而是城乡等值化发展的模式。笔者根据在德国巴伐利亚州的实地调研及二手资料搜集,深入剖析其城乡等值化的模式及路径,并提出对中国城乡发展的启示。

| Abstract: | Although urbanization in China brings rapid economy development,problems as occupancy of a great quantity of good farmland and destruction of people’s living environment are also caused.Economy development in Germany does not use an approach of changing farmland into factory buildings of changing villages into cities,but uses an urban-rural equivalence development model.This article deeply analyzes the urban-rural equivalence development model in Bavaria based on the field study and second-hand materials collection of the author,which could give some edification to the urbanization in China. |
