| 摘 要： | 数据包络分析方法（Data Envelopment Analyses DEA）是一个能够评价决策单元（Decision Making Units DMUs）相对效率的分析方法。传统DEA模型能够为每一个决策单元效率指派一个在0到1之间的数值，进而辨别各个决策单元的相对效率。但是，传统DEA模型不能辨别相对效率值为1的决策单元之间的相对效率。超效率DEA模型（super-efficiency model）能够对各个决策单元进行完全的排序，通过运用多阶段超效率DEA模型测算江苏省银行业效率，可以得出比较有意义的结论。
