摘    要:研究目的:构建征地冲突后果评价和预警的指标体系,利用BP神经网络检验征地冲突后果评价和预警的可行性。研究方法:文献法,神经网络。研究结果:征地冲突后果评价BP神经网络模型精度较高,预警BP神经网络模型精度也较为乐观。研究结论:征地冲突后果评价和预警指标体系的构建基本合理,BP神经网络适合在这一领域应用。

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to construct the index systems of the ex-ante evaluation and pre-warning of land expropriation conflicts (LECs) in China, and to explore the feasibility of the systems by using BP neural network. Methods employed include documentation and neural network. The results show that the ex-ante evaluation model based on BP neural network had high accuracy, and the pre-warning model also worked well. It is concluded that the index systems of ex-ante evaluation and pre-warning of LECs are reasonable, and the BP neural network is a suitable tool in this field.
