基于能值理论的低丘岗地改造项目效益分析

摘    要:研究目的:从生态角度对低丘岗地改造项目的综合效益进行能值分析,为项目综合效益评价提供统一的比较标准和客观的定量分析方法。研究方法:以能值理论为基础,建立低丘岗地改造项目效益的能值评价指标,对比分析项目实施前后所产生的生态、社会、经济效益。研究结果:项目区人均能值、净能值产出率、可持续发展指数均比整理前有所提高;土地利用集约度不高,化肥、农药使用比例高。研究结论:应提高土壤有机质水平和土地集约利用水平,发展农产品深加工行业,为项目区可持续发展提供基础。

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to analyze the benefit of hillock land consolidation project through the ecological point of view in order to provide a unified standard for comparison and a quantitative method for analysis. Method employed was to establish the energy index and assess the ecological, social and economic benefits of a hillock land consolidation project. The results indicated that the EPC, EYR, ESI of the project area all increased after the implementation of the projects. However, the land use intensity was still low. The usage of chemical fertilizer and pesticide was still too much. It was recommended in the conclusion that to improve the level of soil organic matter and the intensity of land use, and to develop the processing industry of agricultural products could be the basis for the sustainable development of the project area.
