信息化战争一体化油料保障运行机制研究

通过对信息化战争一体化油料保障现行体制分析,分析了大联勤体制改革的现状,提出区域性油料保障模式。研究了保障体制一体化、保障规模小型化、保障程序简约化和保障编组灵活化发展的一体化油料保障体制目标,提出了一体化油料保障系统框架设计的三种形式,论述了一体化油料保障组织体系和保障制度建设。
