Optimum Arrangement for China's Financial Market Opening-up under the Framework of WTO

China's accession to WTO symbolizes that her financial reform will be marching on in the direction of liberalization. Starting from the perspective of the financial liberalization and globalization, this paper, which is composed of three parts, expounds on how to, through financial reform, achieve the optimum choice of China's financial market opening-up with the introduction of WTO variables. The first part gives a brief account of the development of the theory on financial liberalization and challenges China is facing. The second part puts forward amendments to china's financial reform program with the introduction of WTO variables. The third part studies positively the optimum sequence arrangement of China's pushing forward her financial market opening-up. And, lastly, the conclusion and suggestions for further reform.
