| 摘 要： | 金融控股公司的风险管理体系建设是一项综合性、系统性工程,它应该包括风险管理文化、风险管理流程、风险部门设置模式、风险信息系统以及风险报告制度等内容。由于风险管理体系的不完善,我国的金融控股公司正逐渐显现其内在风险。因此,只有完善金融控股公司风险管理体系中的各个关键环节,才能使其发挥风险防范和控制作用。
