| Abstract: | The Ganzhou's economy development now faces the unprecedented opportunity as the accepter of the economic transfer area from Fujian Province and Guangdong Province. In this way, attracting and holding the high quality human resource is the essential condition of this opportunity. Accordingly planning strategic human resource development system is the first important affair of the city's development. The paper points out some deficiencies in current human resource management of Ganzhou city, and giving some ideas and measures to Ganzhou's Human Resource Development. |
