摘    要:赣州作为闽粤经济梯度转移的承接带,经济发展面临前所未有的机遇,而把握这一机遇的必要条件就是高素质的人力资源。所以制定出高效能、大手笔、强力推进的人力资源开发战略体系,是赣州的第一要务。本文分析了当前赣州市一些人力资源开发思路的弊端,并给出了赣州市人力资源开发

Abstract:The Ganzhou's economy development now faces the unprecedented opportunity as the accepter of the economic transfer area from Fujian Province and Guangdong Province. In this way, attracting and holding the high quality human resource is the essential condition of this opportunity. Accordingly planning strategic human resource development system is the first important affair of the city's development. The paper points out some deficiencies in current human resource management of Ganzhou city, and giving some ideas and measures to Ganzhou's Human Resource Development.
