| 摘 要： | 实现中部崛起需要产业支撑,现代物流业作为重要的支柱产业对中部崛起具有直接的带动作用。中部地区发展现代物流业具有比较优势和条件,包括良好的经济增长势头和区位优势、发达便利的交通网络与持续增长的运输基础投资、科技与人才的相对优势以及不断深入的对外开放程度,但同时也存在一些制约因素。针对中部地区的现实,中部地区应尽快采取相应策略促进该区域统一物流市场的建立,破除地方割据和垄断,继续加强交通、通信及其综合配套的物流基础设施建设,加强信息化与标准化建设,培育专业化的物流主体,大力发展第三方物流,充分发挥政府作用,加强区域之间的协调与合作,建立行之有效的政府协调机制,加速中部崛起步伐。

| Abstract: | The author puts forward that the development of the central region needs industrial support.As an important pillar industry,modern logistics industry will play a leading role for the development of the central region.Though there are some comparative advantages and favorable conditions in developing modern logistics industry in the central region,there are still some constraints.To promote construction of unit logistics market in the central region and accelerate development in the central region,we should adopt appropriate strategies as soon as possible. |
