| 摘 要： | 当前中国大力推行战略性并购是适应全球产业竞争的客观需要。在经济全球化的格局下,产业整合和发展成为全球并购的主题,通过产业整合产生协同效应,实现资源的最优配置。文中把并购理论应用于广汽集团并购重组长丰汽车的研究,分析了该案例得以成功运作的背景及策略。
