| 摘 要： | 新制度经济学方法论的一个重要特征是注重意识形态对制度生成与演化的影响分析,而随着这方面研究的不断深入,意识形态自身的生成与演化规律也就日趋成为当代许多经济学家所密切关注的一个热点问题.本文正是沿着这一思路,从微观的视角出发,以企业组织的意识形态为分析对象,运用现代经济学的一些基本原理,并结合符号交往理论与数学拓扑学的一些分析技术,对企业组织意识形态的形成与演化过程进行了具体的实证分析.

| Abstract: | A significant characteristic of the methodology of new institutional economics is the emphasis on the analysis of the impact of ideology upon the formation and evolution of an institution. With the advancement of research on this issue, the law in which the ideology forms and evolves itself is becoming a focus to which many economists are paying a closer attention. By applying some basic principles of modem economics, the theory of symbolic interaction and some analytical techniques of topology, this paper analyzes enterprise ideology from a micro-perspective, and it gives a detailed positive analysis of the process of its formation and evolution. |
