摘 要: | 教育公平是社会公平的重要基础,推进教育公平是我国当前教育改革的重要目标。国际社会促进教育公平的基本理念、主要内容以及推进教育公平的政策及其实践对于促进我国义务教育阶段教育公平的启示在于:确立以教育公平为教育持续发展的政策价值取向;充分保障义务教育经费投入,提高经费利用效率;深入推进课程与教学改革,建构合理有效的学业评价体系;提高教师专业能力水平,均衡配置师资资源;有计划地发展超常教育,为培养拔尖创新人才奠定基础。

Abstract: | Promoting education equality is the important objective of education innovation in our country.The implications of its basic concept,its main contents,its policy,and its practice of the international societies are as follows: establishing education equality as the value trend of policy for sustainable development of education;protecting investment for compulsory education,improving efficiency of the use of funds,enhancing curriculum and teaching innovation,setting up a reasonable and effective evaluation system;improving teachers' professional competence,balancing allocation of teacher resources. |
