摘    要:知识团队作为一种具有较强灵活性、适应性、知识发展性的动态组织形式,逐渐被越来越多的企业了解、接受和采用。因此,对知识团队的研究也日益成为理论界的研究热点之一,其中知识团队有效性问题是一个关键性的研究领域。本文利用华人学者樊立景(Farh)对中国员工组织公民行为(OCBs)的表现形式的研究成果,分析知识工作者的OCBs如何影响知识团队效能。
