| 摘 要： | 保险企业执行力是一个完整的能力与动力组合系统。由于保险业的特殊性,使得保险企业执行不力的问题比一般企业更为突出。根据保险企业执行力的影响因素,可以建立保险企业执行力评价指标体系,并采用AHP与模糊评价相结合的方法对保险企业执行力进行模糊综合评价。各保险企业可以从评价结果中找出自身执行力的薄弱环节并加以改进,以提升企业执行力。

| Abstract: | The execution of insurance enterprise is a combined system with abilities and impetus.It is obvious that the execution of insurance enterprises is poorer than that in general enterprises due to the particularity of insurance enterprise.According to the influencing factors on the execution,we can establish an evaluation system of the execution of insurance enterprise,and then evaluate the execution by method of fuzzy evaluation based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Hence,measures may be taken to improve the execution of insurance enterprise. |
