| 摘 要： | 人类进入21世纪，经济发展呈现新的特征，人们试图利用各种因素来刺激经济增长，包括制度因素、技术因素、信息因素等等。本主要从信息因素来分析信息资源优势对企业的贡献，说明信息资源的作用；提出通过对Intranet与Internet等相关技术手段进行事整合，如何产生信息资源优势的建议。

| Abstract: | In21st,human being is trying to search for the factors,which influence economy.These factors include system,technology,information,etc.In this article,we first analyze the attribution of informationresources advantage to the development of enterprises,and draw a conclusion about three function of information resources,the interpretsome technical methods about Internet technique,Intranet technique,etc.to be integrated.At last we give our suggestions on how to create information resources advantage. |
