职业教育中公共基础课教师的职业发展刍议

摘    要:公共基础课在职业教育中的地位决定着教师对自身职业发展的理解。职业教育中真正的“核心能力”需要专业课与公共基础课共同建设,不同类型的公共基础课逐层渗透,与专业课立体交融。这要求公共基础课教师正确对待自己的职业发展,在具备职业敬畏感、使命感和危机感的基础上,认真反思。转变观念,积极参与职教改革;放下包袱,调整自身专业发展的方向;直面困境,追求职业教育中的幸福与尊严。

Abstract:The status of public basic courses in vocational education determines teachers" understanding of their own professional development. Real "core competence" in vocational education needs common construction of public basic course and specialized course,anddifferent types of public basic course and specialized course permeate should blend in three - dimensional way. Public basic course teachers, therefore, should correctly treat their own ca- reer development, and have professional awe, a sense of mission and sense of crisis, and rethink seriously. Public basic course teachers should change ideas, actively participate in the reform of vocational education;and put down the burden, adjust the direction of one's own professional development;and face the dilemma, pursue the happiness and the dignity of vocational education.
