普通高校大学生艺术团现状与建设

高校大学生艺术团在培养社会所需的、全面发展的高素质人才方面起到了相当重要的作用,学生在学习专业知识之余更要注重普及和提高艺术修养。但艺术团在发展中又面临着诸多问题和困难,本文旨在通过对内蒙古财经大学艺术团在校园文化建设中的发展现状、存在问题及未来建设三方面进行阐述,提出应提高认识,综合管理,组建一个机构健全、制度完善、排练演出运作规范的大学生艺术团,这对促进高校大学校园文化建设具有重要意义。

On the Present Situation and Construction of University Student Art Group

University student art group plays an important role in cultivating all - around developed talents with high quality that the society requires. Students should not only study specialized knowledge. What＇s more, they should focus on popularize and improve artistic culture. However,there still exist many problems and difficulties in its development. This paper discusses the present situation of the student art group of IMUFE in campus culture con- struction, the existed problems and the future construction, puts forward measures including：deepening understand- ing, comprehensive management and constructing an university art group with healthy organization, perfect system and good rehearsal and performance specifications. It will be of great significance to the improvement of university campus culture construction.
