内蒙古地区电子商务专业人才培养模式探析

近年来,内蒙古地区电子商务发展迅速,但发展同时也伴随着瓶颈的出现,其中之一便是缺乏真正适合电子商务发展的专业人才。目前内蒙古很多高校都开设了电子商务专业,但总体上普遍还存在一些问题,如缺乏对当前社会需求的充分调研、培养模式相对滞后、教学计划和课程设置不合理、培养目标缺乏准确定位、缺乏必要的案例教学和实务操作能力的培养、缺乏校企合作、没有考虑区域优势等。本文主要对内蒙古现有电子商务专业人才培养模式进行分析,提出相对更加合理的、适用于内蒙古地区发展的电子商务专业人才培养模式。

The Analysis of E-commerce Personnel Talent Training Mode in Inner Mongolia Region

In recent years, e - commerce has developed rapidly in Inner Mongolia region. However, it is accompanied by the emergence of the bottleneck, one of which is the lack of real suitable e - commerce professionals. hind,unreasonable teaching plan and curriculum, training target lack of accurate positioning,lack of necessary case teaching and the cultivation of practice ability, lack of cooperation between university and enterprise and lack of considering regional advantages, etc. This paperanalyzes the existing e - commerce professional talent training pattern in Inner Mongolia, and puts forward relatively more reasonable and applicable countermeasures for the development of Inner Mongolia region e - commerce professional personnel training mode.
